Now, regarding loans… It is a lot easier to get loans or refinance than most people think. Especially with our sister company Allstate Bancorp who have access to may different loan programs to reach most borrowers. As a matter of fact, we have owners who have refinanced 2 times in the last year because rates dropped enough to make it favorable for them to do so, with virtually no cost to the borrower. Now, onto the fun stuff… My friend, Guy Salisbury had last minute plans and gave me tickets to see Florence And the Machine at the Hollywood Bowl which was quite incredible. Florence Welch, the lead singer, put on a dynamic show with a virtual orchestra supporting her. As for her voice, pure magic. Like nothing you’ve ever heard before, legendary. Even though she was running all over the stage and through audience at full gallop and barefoot, her voice was still perfect. It carried her.
My friend Jon Edwards was at the Peter Gabriel show the night before which was equally magnificent.
It’s easy to forget to take advantage of the great culture we have in Los Angeles. The Opera, Museums, Concerts, Philharmonic, Plays, Comedy Troupes, and so much more. I hope I can inspire you to do so.

I am extremely happy to announce that we closed the $6,600,000 Pacific Palisades property today, in less than two weeks.
